Rapid Pleating-Tacking System

We now offer a more productive pleating system. The Tueskoes Double Acting Pleat Creaser helps to combine three operations--Pleat Creasing, Pleat Sewing, and Pleat Tacking into one. The Tueskoes Double Acting Pleat Creaser is the fastest pneumatic pleat creaser available to speed up the pinch pleating operation. Instead of manually folding the hinged lower blades, like the conventional pleat creasers, the Tueskoes Double Acting Pleat Creaser has a second set of lower blades which are activated automatically at a fraction of the second after the upper blade moved down and by that the pleat is completely formed and can be removed.
Then the pleat can be tacked by an "L" or "F" tacker if those are acceptable, or for custom or a better commercial pleating a microprocessor controlled sewing machine can be employed which combines the pleat sewing and tacking in the same operation to produce a custom pleat.
