MULTI-CUTTING MACHINE

As its name implies, the Multi-Cutting Machine is a multi-purpose cutting machine for multiple widths.  It can be used for wide fabrics up to 122" wide. It can also handle two 45" to 60" wide rolls at the same time, thus doubling the output of the cutting machine.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS It requires only 120V single phase current and 60 psi compressed air for operation. 220V models are also available.

STANDARD FEATURES

--Automatic stopping at preset length.
--Automatically shutting itself down when the preset cuts are reached.
--Automatic cutting at the desired length
--The cut fabric is collected on a removable cart or an optional stacker.
--Tension free unwinding for more accurate length measuring.
--Horizontal layout assures visibility for the operator for the full path of the fabric. --Back-lighted inspection surface provides easier quality control.
--Microprocessor controlled measuring provides more accurate measuring.
--Variable speed control, and forward reverse direction control.
--Compact footprint, only 40" (120 cm) deep by 140" (356 cm) wide.

OPTIONAL FEATURES

--Fabric Mapping-- an Alpha-numeric printer to print out the locations and extent of defect noticed by the operator
--Barcode label printer can print out stock numbers and lengths in barcode and alpha-numeric characters
--Bar-code labels  for identifying each cut or for inventory control and/or process control.
