FABRIC SEWVEYOR-JOINER |
| The SEWVEYOR-JOINER is a special conveyor
synchronized in forward motion with a top and bottom feed Overlock machine. It can also have a synchronized close coupled puller. During joining, the
conveyor carries the fabric at the sewing speed and thus the operator does not have to
stop frequently to push the fabric as the sewing progresses. The result is much faster
sewing. At the completion of a seam the
Sewveyor-Joiner reverses by heeling the treadle and brings the fabric
back to its beginning at high speed without the operator needing to drag it back manually.
The resulting time saved can increase productivity up to 70%.
We also offer a special new wider and longer JOINER not shown here with many advanced features In addition We offer an AUTOMATIC JOINER for joining two or three strips of fabric from roll to roll at high speed. There is also one available for high speed side hemming one or both sides of the fabric. |
