| Air-Powered Table Clamps improve quality
and output considerably on horizontal tables. Mechanical clamps engage long sections--4 or
5 feet at a time in one line--and have a tendency to move the fabric during engagement. It
is especially difficult to clamp fabric and lining together. For this reason, the operator
has to stop repeatedly to readjust the fabric. Air-Powered Clamps are engaged individually in two sets, one for the fabric and one for the lining. The operator lines up the edge of the fabric with the lining quickly and precisely without having to move the fabric manually, saving time and improving quality. The advantage of the Air-Powered Clamps is especially great with longer clamp bars. We offer Air Clamp Bars in any length and can also convert existing mechanical clamp bars to air-operated ones. |
